Lumia Windows 650 Phone issue's.

My Lumia 650 has had issue's take's several hours charge over heats randomly, when I listen to audiobooks or music switches headphones to ringer notification, un-jacking sometimes works mostly I soft reset three times or more. Closes apps or web page's. Earlier turned off and won't turn back on screens gone white edge's

Defo a warranty repair job. You could try flashing using the windows phone reset tool (search bing/google) but ad say it seems beyond that.

It certainly sonds terminal. Please deal with the manufacturer rather than O2 repairers who will no doubt cite water ingress and around £150 charge to you.

@Anonymous are you running the current release of Windows 10 mobile? or are you running a developer preview (either slow or fast ring insider)

Hi it was already on the phone and performed second Windows 10 update than started with issue's such as assigned tones no longer worked took long charge several hours or more, turning my headphones off to ringer notification ignoring when I try use speaker accept call. Thanks peeps for all your input, earlier took Lumia 650 to o2 shop send to repairs on advised by customer services.
