Losing faith with O2

Is any one really losing faith with O2 and seeing that the service is getting worse and not better. I've with O2 from the start even before it was O2 (bt genie) I even got my home phone and broadband and I have always been happy,with them. Then they sell of the home phone and broadband, and now you can't even email the customer service they expect you to phone them and sit on hold for hours. Or you could send them a letter, how out of date is that?

What has happened to make you lose faith in the service ?

Im lossing my Broadband with them as well as the service is not as good as i was a few years ago.  Think ill be jumping ship when my contract ends

Because 02 would rather you used the Live Chat facility or phone them on 202 {contract}or 4445. {PAYG}

 

Or use the 02 Community Forum !

For reasons known only to themselves, there is no email link on the website. We have asked numerous times for this to be put back on the site but as yet...Smiley Frustrated

Thanks for the link. used it, and have no response. Next to usless, that's why I have lost faith with O2. You try and contact them with a problem and they ignore you.
