Trying to login ,keeps saying when I’ve entered my mobile number , contact number already associated with another user,but I’ve had this number over a year ,o2 have taken payment as well .over this time .

If it's the app then there are lots of logging in complaints
Can you use https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin?
If so delete the App and reboot the phone before reinstalling.

Called 02 202 call centre the following day ,to speak to a rude chap ,he said I’ve sent you a code by text message which I’ve not received ,he told me if you cannot give me that code I will hang up this call.which he did ,not what I wanted to hear from a 02 customer care .id told him the day before I’d spoken to a chap and he emailed me a special code ,but couldn’t access my account as I’d tried it more than 5times ,as it locks you out .ive put a complaint letter into 02 for them to try and sort out for me ,or I will wait till later on in the year and cancel my phone contact as it runs out .and never go back ,I shouldn’t be spoken to like this .

I would normally suggest contact by social media as that team have a good reputation. However, you will probably find that no O2 personnel will be prepared to engage with you whilst you have on open complaint.
And currently complaints are taking eight weeks to investigate and respond to, so you are probably stuck for the moment.
