Hello, I spent ages on the chat a while ago explainging i have been completely ripped off with the monthly charges.
I tried to update my tariff to a much more suitable allowance but not heard anything back and tariff not updated.
Impossible to speak to anyien and the chat always says Busy?
How do i get anything sorted?
Deflecting people back to FAQ just doent work.

Not sure how you have been ripped off as you have to agree the tariff for a set cost to yourself?
