Call cs on 202 contract or 4445 payg, they are all busy with the pre orders for the new iPhone this weekend.

 

is there anything we can help with as long as it's not account related

i set up my phone last friday and its still got no service,ive waited 24 hours but still wouldnt work

How can I get O2 to fix the network. I have been unable to use my phone for two weeks. I want to move to Vodafone. My contract for sim only runs out in December so I am going to stop payments and let the idiots sue me for the remaining money which is £30.00.

Anybody got any ideas

I certainly would advise against stopping your DD. O2 wont care. There will be only one loser if you do that and it will be you. it will affect your credit rating badly.. Follow the complaints route..

Best Idea I've got is pay the £30 then you are free to leave without debt collectors hounding you and a ruined credit file.
PS, O2 won't sue you they just sell the debt on.
