Anyone else unable to connect via live chat?

We do get some people reporting issues.
Try clearing tour browse cache or use other methods of contact http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Just tried on my laptop as a test and connected immediately (sorry... I had to disconnect quickly as well)
