Late payment

Hi there,
I’ve tried to call customer service regarding my late payment on my account. Due to being furloughed I haven’t had a great source of income coming in over the last two months. However, I get paid a week on Thursday & will be able to pay the full amount then. Is it possible to have the restrictions lifted from my number? As I may need it for an emergency if I’m out and about between now and then.

Thanks,
Amy Crothers
