Received message on 19th August saying I can view on bill in my o2 account, well its not there and cannot seem to get on online chat to get this sorted plus I been charged £43 for line rental that I have not had as my number was transferred to a new network

That could be your final bill which is generated 14 days after leaving O2.
You need to contact O2 to check..

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
