LOST SIM

After much effort and a lot of help I finally got my o2 sim activated. Amost immediately and before I got it installed in a phone I lost it either in one of my phones by putting it in the wrong slot or on the floor but certainly where I was sitting. It is a tiny thing and I am a cripple so it is hard for me to hunt about for it. Can I get a replacement and transfer my 10.00 to it. I haven't even had chance to try o2 out.

I may be on the wrong board - I am pay as you go.
