Hi
It appears that O2 are taking money from my in a transaction that is not phone bill. Does anyone know how I can contact them over this charge?

You should also ring Customer Service and ask them to place the following bars on your account:
Bar all Direct to bill debits
Bar Premium rate numbers
Veritas Numquam Perit
