Lost my new sim in the Alcatel hotspot device I do have a new sim in the post for the Alcatel device for when I get a new one but iv decided to just get BT in the flat instead iv swapped my sims and my current sim isn’t working due to this I’m needing my old number to work and if possible get the internet ect sorted on my phone I currently can’t text or call off my bundle either due to swapping and loosing the other sim that has my internet ect on it

Your sim is probably barred due to it being lost.
We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here.
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202.
