Unable to pre order the new ipad pro 13 inch, even O2 could not process it over the phone, states having trouble reserving your items, try again later

Some of O2 systems are causing problems.

Knowing this, it was perfectly reasonable for @MI5 to suggest going instore. Probably be quicker too.
