Hi, 

I am supposed to have 4G, but it barely ever comes up. 

Alot of the time my internet connection comes up with a 'H' and I am unable to use the internet on my phone.

It does this in various places, Home, Outside in the open air. So this can not be a signal blocking issue such as TVs, Walls etc like other posts suggest.

If I am not somewhere with WIFI it is not often i can use the internet on my phone. 

Can you help

have you done a signal check on your postcode or area?

Yes. 

It has been happening for a few months now. 

Also going into different postcodes doesnt make any difference.  

So it wouldnt be this.
