Hi, I have unlimited internet data on my pay monthly contract, yet received a text the other day saying I was reaching my maximum? And when i checked my bill today its charged me £10

Have you checked exactly what the charges are for? It won't be for data as O2 don't charge if you exceed your data limit on pay monthly, they just slow your connection making it virtually unusable.

 

Are you sure you have unlimited data though as you wouldn't receive such a text message if you had?

How long have you had this contract? Is it an old O2 legacy one? If it isn't, then you don't have unlimited internet data.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
