International pay/go SMS problem

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi everyone, hopefully someone can help with this.

My girlfriend's in Nepal, she has a phone with a Nepali provider called Ncell. No texts were getting through to her - she queried this with Ncell, who said it's because the senders didn't have international services active.

I got an 02 International sim card and the texts still aren't getting through.

I phone the Ncell helpine and they said that it'll be an issue with 02.

Can someone help me to understand what's going wrong?

Thank you

Sam

It will depend if o2 have an international agreement with the foreign network. Only CS can answer that. Give them a call.....
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
