I'd like to be able to make calls to countries in the GCC. What add on/bolt on package applies and at what cost pls?

You may find your Spend Cap gets in the way of calling some of those countries, even with the £3/month International Calling Bolt-on in place, @GEL - more here on that topic: Guide: Spend caps on O2
