International call through work zoom

Hi I have just revived a text to advise I am being charged £122 for an international call. I have never made an international call so when checking the bill have realised it is due to a zoom work call which my phone connected me to! I cannot afford to pay this for one call, especially during this time and I have no way of contacting O2 as they won’t accept calls, can anyone offer some help please?

Would ask why your work is asking you to make calls on your phone?
Maybe ask work to pay for the call?
