Hi, I called my sister who lives in the UK (but used to live in USA) and have been charged £150.00 for the call. Seems I accidentally hit the international number she still has on her phone. I appreciate this was my mistake but is there any chance of some goodwill compensation for what is an obvious accident? O2 have now imposed a £0 limit. I have spent a long time talking to virtual assistant and then got a call back from an online person to no avail. Thank you.

Try the O2 Social Media Team via X/Twitter, Facebook or Instagram at the link just below, @Loz145 - you will need to nudge them a few times before one of the team comes back to you and works with you, so do persist. As far as I can see, any refund will be at the discretion of the agent and supervisor, as you did make a successful call to a US number, even if that number was itself roaming on a UK network.
Good luck!
