Hi,

I am not sure I added a protection cover for my IPhone 13. Would you be able to check and let me know?

If I haven't is there any chance it could be added from now on, moving forward??

Regards,

Emilia

If you have insurance it will show as a bolt on in My O2

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

@Vivi

O2 insurance must be added within the first 30 days.

If you have it, it will show as a bolt on in your MyO2.

If not and you are outside of 30 days, look on Google for other insurance options or check coverage from your bank account and home insurance.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
