Hi I’m trying to contact 02 to purchase insurance for my phone I upgraded to a few days ago they’re accepting no calls and can’t contact them online either. Is there any other way?

No really but you may want to shop around for insurance as there are far cheaper options. You can do that online.

Taking insurance with O2 may not be possible right now (you would normally have to go in store to get your phone apraised first) but search online and you'll find some good deals.

I've got my kids phones covered by Debenhams.
