I had my phone stolen in Heathrow before I left to spend 3 months in Argentina.  After countless chats with o2 support and promises to send me insurance claim details via email as they will not call me on my new Argentinan number.

They did say they have blocked my phone via o2 chat and have sent another sim to my uk address.

My problem is before I fill out an insurance claim from I need this claim number etc.

Can someone please help me . I am at my wits end . I have a crime reference number from the london police.

Regards

Richard

You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
