Round and round in circles! Why is it so hard to talk to a human being? Can't chat to a guru for some reason. I don't have the O2 network for 6 days due to work on a mast! 6 days! So no phone calls, no text, no WhatsApp, no data and no Internet when I'm at work and /or out of the house!
I want to talk to someone about compensation! The very least they can do is deduct 6 days off my bill! Maybe a freebie or something! In the 21st Century not to be able to use my phone outside of my house for 6 days is ridiculous!! Also the fact I have been an o2 customer for many years and I can't speak to a human being is outrageous and not great service! Can anyone help me?

@Daydream78Unfortunately O2 dont give timscales on mast repairs. You can keep checking here https://status.o2.co.uk/

@Daydream78 Hi, It's very frustrating not having a signal for a long period at home, do you know the reason for the down time? I know it sounds obvious but have you tried resarting your phone? Maybe it's back up and you need to reboot the phone.
