In have just had a call to say that as a good customer i am to receive some sort of reward which can be activated on receipt of an email. I explained that I now had a new email address, but the O2 msg is being sent to the old one (BT) which will simply notify me of its receipt, but it cannot be answered from there.

How do I contact O2?

(Never change yr email address! Endless problems trying to establish the new one on the sites you use).

@Segilla

See guide Guide: How to find help & contact O2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

@Segilla It's most likely a scam. Probably a good thing you can't respond to it.
