Solved: IPHONE UNLOCK

Hi, I requested for my iphone to be unlocked, i have recieved a confirmation text confirming it has been completed a week ago. but the phone and my itunes account are saying it is still locked.

Am i doing something wrong??

Once the iPhone is unlocked on Apple's servers you just put your new sim in it and away you go.
There's nothing else to do, so it seems it's not been done yet.
Send the request again.

Have you tried another network sim to check...?
