INTERNATIONAL FAVOURITES - POOR QUALITY OF CONNECTION

The connection is pretty poor.  Many breaks during one call. The voice (both caller's and recipient's) disappear very often.

I never have a problem now...when I am in Spain and making calls.

About 12 months ago I had problems with them dropping out after a few seconds...but that was discovered to be local mast issues. Now all is improved...and as I say all OK....

Hi and Welcome to the forum.

To help check your mast status here http://status.o2.co.uk/ and ask the other person to check with their network to ensure things are ok at their end.

Nothing to do with the mast, though.

When I spoke about mast issues in my reply yesterday....I was referring to masts in Spain..when I was actually IN Spain (nothing to do with UK masts)

That was the reason my 'calls kept dropping out' or I had poor connection...

So @Cleoriff thank you for clarifying it is relevant that mast status here and in the place abroad is checked due to poor quality of connection.
