I want to unlock an o2 iPhone. Under the Help topic you state “ login and go to More in menu then select UNLOCK. THERE IS NO SUCH OOTION!

Is it definitely locked as O2 Contract phones have not been locked for a long time?

You can find out if your iPhone is locked by going to Settings > General > About. If "No SIM restrictions" appears next to Network Provider Lock, your iPhone is unlocked

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
