I am having problems with the 07809 number and want to change the number because I am having prank calls

Call CS (202 on contract or 4445 on PAYG). You are allowed one free number change.

If you are on contract, you can call 202 free from your mobile to request a number change. You can have 1 free number change.

You can also report the prank calls to the nuisance call bureau within O2.

What type of handset do you have? Some handsets allow you to block numbers. Saves the hassle of changing numbers.
