I want to cancel my O2 Recycle order, how do I do this?

I've paid off the remainder of my contract and organised to recycle my old phone for credit, but now I want to cancel that trade-in as I'm happy to keep the old phone as a backup.

Does anybody know if this is possible to do online?

Just don't send in phone and nothing will happen.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

If this is the case then that’s perfect. Sorry to ask but you’re absolutely sure?

Would simply not sending it back be enough? I figured contacting them would be the correct thing obviously.

If you have organised to send it back then you probably should contact O2.

100% sure.

If no device is received the trade in will be cancelled.

Simple as that.
