I want an i phone but still have 9 months of a 2 year contra

is there any way of upgrading without having to pay the rest of my contract? the i phone tariff would be more than i am currently paying and i would have to pay £90 for the phone....

There isnt im affraid. All the networks are the same.

The only way out is to pay the remainder of.

Have you tried speak to o2 retention and see if they can do anything. I wouldnt hold my breath though to be honest.

You can, but you will have to buy out the remainder of your contract. They also take into account your average spend.
If you average is £50 or less, they will take 1 months line rental off of the figure. If your average is £50.01-£80 they will deduct 3 months. If it is £80.01+ they will deduct 6. The average is based on your last 12 months.

Im not sure if thats now the case.

Since o2 have this new upgrade system etc, the computer now makes the descision although people in o2 can still make the descision
