Are you on refresh by any chance? As this will come out as 2 direct debits?

If not you will need to contact customer services

Call 202 or 0844 809 0202 (they open at 8am) when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

If you mean there are two months charges, is that because this is a new contract?
If yes, o2 charge a part month and a full month on your first bill. After that it will just be the month in advance.
