Could someone help me please. I paid my bill a few days ago, the money left my account but my account is showing as overdue. I cant use my phone at all which is very inconvinent. I have tried calling my I get an automated message telling me to pay my bill and then the phone shuts off before I can speak to someone. Liver chat is also unavalibale and Im at a loss at what to do to fix this.

I also need to cancel my apple watch device plan which there is so option to do online either.

Thanks so much in advance!

o2 support is non-existent ... several closed loops that take you nowhere - just wait it'll fix itself
