As I've said I have a direct debit scheduled to come out a few days ago but a week before that I used my account to pay the bill early but the direct debit has still gone through anyway meaning I essentially paid the same bill twice. What do I do???

If you need the cash back, request a refund in your MyO2 via web @RubyRubyRWBY

Otherwise leave it for next month, balance will be used before your bank funds via DD.
