Unfortunately It's bad news... Bills over 2 years old can not be provided.
There is no charge for a Copy Bill and the timescales are up to 14 days..You cant request a bill to be sent to a different address.. Hope this clarifies it

In My O2 you can only get the last 18 months.
I'm fairly sure that o2 only keep a record going back 6 years for legal b ligation but you really need to talk to customer service on 202. They can possibly help you but we are 8 years down the line now.

It requires you fill in the Subject Access Form for which there s a nominal charge of I think £10.

I'm in the process of clearing out old paperwork prior to 2009 in preparation for moving. Unfortunately I have tons of it. It's not really germane to the OP's query, but if HMRC don't require me to keep any from before that time, I doubt that O2 would have any records from 2007.

If it's the same email, you might still have the final values in you inbox, well if O2 even sent them back then.
