I live abroad but still keep my o2 number. But how can I top up because online or over the phone o2 ask for a post code which I don't have as my bank card which is English is registered to my address abroad??:smileysad: also how do I ask these questions when I cant email o2 or ask a REAL person online???? And to phone them they want 35p a minute..Rip off.

I wonder if a O2 shop could do the payment over the phone thus negates the problem of the websites??

Is their someone in the uk that can buy a top up voucher and send you the code or ask the 02 store employee to send the top up directly to your phone.

I use HSBC 's bank fast balance app which has the facility for me to directly top up mine and anyone's phone number I add to it like my children.

Which ever way I try, it asks for a UK post code which I don't have. And i cant keep asking someone in the UK to do it for me.
