Hi there, I haven’t got iPhone 12 max pro for which apparently I’m paying. I’ve ordered iPhone 12pro, but 12 pro max was sent to me instead by mistake about month ago and after talking on the phone with provider I’ve send it back to o2 same day I’ve received it. I’ve also cancelled iPhone 12 Pro, but on myo2 page it shows that I’ve got iPhone 12 Pro max. Please help with the issue
