I have to pay my bill but I can not see my old bill

Hello. I changed my tariff. Before ı was using monthly tariff but now ı am using pay as go. O2 send me my last bill but ı can not pay because from 02 apllication ı can not see my bill. I see just top up and my balance. I wanna pay my old version bill. Can you help me please?

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 4445 or 0344 809 0202

You need to contact payment management.
Details here
To pay bills, ask for payment extensions etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best time to call is around 8.00am
