Why have 02 gone down hill? They use to be the best network now I wanna move from them. My friend said he wants to go with them. I told him not to

Well my bill was due on the 12th of this month of a total of 52.94 I left £60 on my account. O2 took it out I get a text a day later saying I have an overdue payment.

Probably just a simple mistake or error somewhere.
Have you called customer service on 202 to ask why?
