Hi all
Apologies in advance for stupid questions!
I'm new to Pay Monthly so after 14yrs of topping my mobile up, I'm struggling to get used to the bill. I don't understand why it is £5 more than my agreed contract amount, and I can't see a break down of exactly what the extra charges are, beyond seeing the amounts.
Can anyone advise please?

In My O2, click on download pdf copy of the bill. There is a complete breakdown of call, texts and data usage on there.
You can also click on What I have Ued to get the same info.

Some of the special offer discounts don't show in MyO2 but should be applied to your bill when it appears.
