Thank you I had a lead phone. I changed the phone number. And I don’t think it was set back as a lead. Except all 3 of phone contracts I have say they are able to share. 😭

Then unfortunately you need to call O2.

You can use Skype from your PC to call the free numbers if you have no phone available

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call

You can only share data with devices on a shared data plan.

These plans come with the amounts of data shown in my guide that @jonsie has given you, but they don't have their own data allowance.

If all your devices say that they "can" share data, it means they aren't on shared data tariffs.
