I can't roam on my phone despite having the O2 Travel bolt on active. It used to work, when I was in the US I could roam, but since then I haven't been able to. I have visited Russia, Portugal and Angola, and get a no service response when I try to use the phone.

It may be possible that there is a active bar on your account.
I would contact o2 customer care direct and check with them if there is a bar on the phone..
Or if you couldnt call them, you could email them or try o2 chat.
Use iPhone XS Max dual sim, SE, Honor 10, IPad Pro 11, Apple Watch 4 LTE, 100+ Mpbs Barrier and a Record Player.
