I was on the phone for 1 hour 17 mins trying to get through to Payment Management because I'm currently not working. Only to be told that I have to call a different number. 😡


The number I called was 0800 902 0217 - THAT IS THE NUMBER THAT IS CURRENTLY ON YOUR WEBSITE TO CALL PAYMENT MANAGEMENT!!!!! Look it up! It is also the number I was told by an agent a couple weeks ago to call. I wrote it down. 

 

If you changed the number then put that on your website, obviously. You people need to get your act together. Jeez! 😡😡😡😡😡

 

I'm now having to redial the number over and over and over and over again, being bombarded by useless automated jibberish and useless texts with info I already know, then getting hung up on. Come on!.....

I have looked at that link. It lists the WRONG phone number to call. That's the number I called to be told it's the wrong one. 

Where do I post so that O2 sees it? I'm new to this....

The girl on the phone told me to call 0800 032 5302 for payment management. Everywhere else is saying to call 0800 902 0217 for payment management.

Explain to me how all the numbers in the guide are correct if I was told otherwise?🤨

In todays climate, ring ANY number given. The one ending 0217 is correct. However ring any number, press any option given, wait in a queue and eventually you will get through. This is all we can tell you.

2 weeks ago I called 202. Agent told me to call payment management on 0800 902 0217 in a couple weeks.

 

Today I called 0800 902 0217. Waited 1H17MINS.
Agent told me I have to call payment management.

I told her this is payment management that I called. I dialled 0800 902 0217. 

She said NO, 0800 902 0217 IS NOT THE PAYMENT MANAGEMENT NUMBER. THE AGENT SAID THAT! 
She told me to HANG UP and call payment management on 0800 032 5302. 

Show me on the O2 website where it says to call 0800 032 5302. Please?

We have seen that one on the forum before, @Funktofunky - upshot is, whatever number you call, stick with it and be nice - the agents are there to help, but call levels are, unsurprisingly, very high and tempers are equally very short.

 

Seen your 0800 number cited in an e-mail quoted on the Comunity back in 2016:

This is what we have

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217. It’s a free call

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm
