I'm having trouble claiming my Huawei t3 tablet I've had my p20 Pro since Nov so already passed the 30 days before I can claim it just keeps saying IMEI number invalid anyone else having problems?

Hi,

I wanted to claim the Huawei teblet, but did not get an invoice with my phone. Tried calling the O2 custmer help line, but the person I spoke to had no idea. How can I get an invoice please?
