Hello. My battery for my pocket hotspot is completely dead. Won’t charge at all. How do I get a replacement considering I pay monthly for it?

Batteries generally have a 6 month warranty but it may not be a battery issue.

The charging port or circuitry could be faulty.

Best to get it checked out forst by sending it in for repair.

You can take it to any O2 store to book it in.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
