How to unblock my SIM card?

Hi, i recently lost my iphone 7 which is on a pay monthy contract, i have since blocked the phone so noone can use it. However recently i have found an old iphone which is unlocked that i want to use. I have been into the o2 store to get a new sim replacement to put in the old phone along with my contract. Please can i unbar/unblock my sim so i can use it on my old mobile. Currently the sim works in my old phone, but i cannot call/text anyone, i am asuming this is becuase its blocked still ?

It can take 24 hours to unblock your account but live chat should be able to do this for you.

I blocked an o2 pay monthly sim that I now want to unblock. I’ve rang 202 and they won’t deal with it just keeps cutting me off. Any ideas how I can do this please. Thanks.
