Hello. My phone has been cut off completely. I want to pay my bill but I can't phone any number and I can't log in with my phone because I need to be able to receive a text thanks to the two step verification. How am I supposed to pay my bill?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you borrow a phone to call O2 on 202 or 0344 809 0202 or use O2's social media to help by messaging them on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
If you have no access to a phone then use Skype to call 0800 032 1402
