Solved: How to enter Unblock code

Hi

i had my phone blocked yesterday as I’d lost it. Have now found it & want to unblock it. Phoned O2 & got the code but, don’t know what to do with it?

O2 need to unblock it from the system.

Nothing you can do yourself.

Get back onto them.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Phone no longer tied to my account
