Hi, I asked for my number etc to be cut off and they said they'd do so and there would be directions on how I can pay my final amount (device cost). That's been done, can no longer access this in My O2, and call the number ending 0217 that they tell you to call in the letter, and it's an automated PAYG payment line, so still useless. I can't call the 0333 numbers as they cost a fortune from a mobile and I have no landline, nor one I can borrow. Is there an alternative 0800 number I can call please?

@DeeS77

03 numbers can be called from your allowances on all networks.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

When asked if the call is about the number you are calling from, say no to avoid the automated IVR.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
