How do you request a replacement SIM online?

O2 website states that there are two ways to request a replacement SIM. 

 


  1. Ask in your local O2 store

  2. Call Customer Services on 202 (Pay Monthly) or 4445 (Pay As You Go), free from your O2 phone.

 

Obviously the stores are closed at the moment and the 202 number is for urgent enquiries only (Upgrades or leaving O2). Therefore, how do you request a new SIM? Which in my opinion should be classed as urgent...
