How do I send an email to O2?

I cannot call them, because my service is completely out.  The service has been intermittent for a week now.  I am disabled, and need my phone.  I have notified them by phone yesterday, but no feedback.  How can i email them?

If you have WiFi, download the my network app and report it through that
