Since joining o2 my hotspot no longer works. I need it to work as my kids need to be able to use my connection to do their school work. I have an iPhone 7 and it used to work fine on my old Vodafone network. Help

Can this be done somewhere on line as when I called their customer care the automated message said they are only dealing with people leaving
